Admission Procedure
- Application for every fresh admission shall have to be made on a prescribed form available from the school office on payment of Registration fee which is non refundable.
- The Applicant will have to appear in the Entrance Test/Face admission norm of the school and it is only after clearance that he/she will be eligible for admission in the school.
- At the time of admission, Transfer Certificate of the previous attended school along with birth certificate is required without exception.
- The discretion of the Principal will under all circumstances remain final in the admission of the S. Selected student can be admitted within a week’s time afterthey have cleared the admission process.
- Minimum age is 3 yrs (as on 1st April) for admission to class P.G. with an additional year for every higher class for which valid proof of age is required.
- Two latest passport size photograph should be submitted to the school-office.
- Student (real brother and sister) are entitled for fee concession.
- Fee is payable in four quarters (3months each) to S.B.I.Juhi, Kanpur only via cash or DD
- Any chronic medical case with the child’s medical history should be duly submitted to school office.
Fee Information
- Fees will be charged for twelve months a year, payable in four quarterly installments in April, July, October and January at the bank. The dates for the payment of fees will be as follows:
1st Quarter (1st April- 30th June) From 1st April to 15th April
2nd Quarter (1st July- 30th Sept.) From 1st July to 15th July
3rd Quarter (1st Oct.-31st Dec.) From 1st Oct. to 15th Oct.
4th Quarter (1st Jan.- 31st March) From 1st Jan. to 15th Jan. - In case of non-payment of fees within the time fixed above, a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged.
- If dues are not cleared within two months the name of the student will be struck off the school rolls automatically and the student may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Manager/Principal on payment of all arrears and fresh admission fee of Rs.1000/-.
- No Student will be allowed to sit for the Annual Examination unless all dues have been paid up to date.
- No reduction in any fees will be made for continued absence on any ground.
Withdrawal Rules
- If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give 30 days’ clear notice in writing, prior to the onset of the applicable quarter failing which, one Quarter’s fee will be charged in lieu thereof.
- Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all dues to the school are paid in full.
- The Principal can, in the interest of the school, have a student removed from the school for the following reasons:
(a) Where, in his/her opinion, the student has failed to conform to the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence may be detrimental to the interest of the other students.
(b) Where the student fails to come up to the required academic standard expected of him/her. - Parents are to submit a written request addressed to the Principal for issue of various certificates like Fee payment certificate for reimbursement/Tax purposes, Bonafied student certificate or identity Card. These require 2 working days processing time and the parent/student may collect them from the office during the break time.
- Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, refund of Security Deposit require 10 working days processing and issue.
- For classes IX and XI the Transfer Certificates are required to be counter signed by the appropriate authority of the CBSE to which the school is affiliated to.
General Rules
- Students must be present on the re-opening day of the school, Incase he/she returns late, prior information is essential to the school authorities.
- Students must attend the school regularly and punctually. As the assembly bell rings all students with their respective teachers will assemble for prayers and go back to their respective class accompanied by their teachers.
- All students must attend school in their clean and tidy full school
- Irregular attendance, constant negligence of work, insubordination to teachers and authority, habitual inattention in class, obscenity in word or action, willful and repeated breaches of the school’s regulation individually or collectively, will lead the student to serious punishment of suspension/expulsion from school.
- Students will not be exempted from T. without a doctor’s certificate, which must be countersigned by the Principal.
- Buying of any sort of eatables from the hawkers outside the scnool is strictly prohibited.
- Students are not allowed to bring comics and other type of books (scrap) in the school without the permission of Principal.
- No student should leave the premises during school hours, withoutthe consent of the Principal.
- Defacing the walls, desks and boards, as well as tearing of pages from the exercise and note-books and damaging black boards is prohibited.
- Student selected for all extra-curricular activities (society) of the school can not withdraw his/her
- Student suffering from contagious or infectious diseases shall not be permitted to attend the school, so long as he/she is fully recovered & certified by a qualified doctor.

- Long hair of boys, long nails, nail polish, jewellary or bringing of expensive articles to school is strictly
- Every member of the school fraternity is expected to Speak in English only in the school premises except in Hindi periods, failing to do so would attract fine or
- Woollen pullovers, blazers, bags etc must bear the name of the owner.
- Pupils must not remain in the class room during Assembly and P.T.period without permission.
- Punctuality and regular attendance is a MUST. Minimum 75% attendance in a year is compulsory for a student to make him/her eligible for appearing in the final examinations.
- If a student continues to be absent without written information for more than ten working days in continuation, his/her name will be struck off the register and if permitted, shall have to pay fine as decided by the Principal and Re-admission charges 500/- will be levied.
- Parents/Guardians are not permitted to interrupt classes in order to meet teachers during school
- Any collection from students either in cash or in kind with the sanction of the Principal will be intimated to the Parent/Guardian through the school diary or by cyclostyled notice.
- Students shall not bring articles like mobile phones, audio cassettes, Personal photographs, magazines etc in the school.
- Punishment : The Principal is much averse to the use of Corporal punishment and has strictly warned his subordinates to abide by it.
- Book & Stationery: Student should have all the required Text-books and stationery at the beginning of the school year and these must be brought regularly to school according to the time table. All books and exercise books should be covered with brown paper and have the name of the students.
Promotion Criteria
- Since the New Examination System (Policy) is followed, the promotion is not based on the performance of a single test/examination.
- Surprise test will not be conducted unless authorized by the Principal in writing to the teacher. CFT’s are not Surprise Tests.
- Students who secure less than 35% of weighted marks in any subject may not be promoted. The student has to pass the theory and the practical components of the subjects separately as applicable to different classes.
- If a student remains absent from a test or exam, No Re-Exam or Re-Test will be taken. Student will be awarded zero.
- In cases of genuine illness medical leave will be granted only when the child has been shown to the Principal. A Medical Certificate should be submitted with the application the same day itself.Promotion in such cases will depend on the performance of the child during the whole academic session.
- Those absent for any part of the examination may not be awarded a rank or place.
- The assessment made by the teacher and duly checked by the Principal is final.
- Students who resort to unfair means in a test will be awarded zero for the test. However, to make the child learn the value of honesty, the answer script of the child will be evaluated and marked on the answer paper with the comment “unfair means adopted”.
- Students of Class XI must appear and pass in all subjects offered and obtain 40% marks in each subject for promotion from Class XI to XII.
Recommendation for Parents
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline, to see that their children prepare their lessons and take interest in all the activities of the school.
- Parents should see that all school assignments are completed and home-work given in the school diary is attended to.
- Occasional reports and recommendations from the teachers and Principal are made in the school diary. Parents are requested to sign them, Failure or refusal to do so may put the child to great inconvenience.
- As the medium of instruction is English, students should be helped to follow their work easily by a certain amount of regular conversation in English at home.
- Parents are not permitted to visit the classes or meet the teachers without the prior sanction of the Principal.
- Early departure will not be granted. Parents must not send the child to school at all if they know that the child will not be able to attend full school.
- If any emergency arises at home during school hours the child will be permitted to leave school only with the parents. No other friend or relative will be permitted to collect the child on their behalf.
- Private tuitions by our school teachers to our students are NOT permitted under any circumstances.
- All belongings of the child should bear their name, class and section. The school will not be responsible if they are lost.
- Any change in the address and phone number must be notified to the school office in writing.
- While communicating with the school, the parents should mention in their letters the full name, class and section of their ward.
- If the child comes late to school, he/she will not be allowed to enter the school premises once the school gate is closed. The parents should note that the school holds no responsibility of the late comers.
- Parents collecting their wards personally should arrange to take their children within 20 minutes after the school is over.
- No contribution or fines are demanded verbally from the pupils.If noted in the school diary, the signature of acknowledgement must be checked the same day.
- The school must be informed in writing if any student suffers from fits, seizures or any other serious or chronic illness. In the absence of any such information the school will not be responsible for not supplying adequate medical assistance.
- The first P.T. Meeting during the academic session is an introductory meet that makes place with the child, teachers and the parents of the child. It is an important for both the parents to be present for that meeting.
- Parents are required to attend the P.T. Meetings on a regular basis and the Class Teacher should be informed about any absenteesim, prior to the meeting. A respectable Code of Conduct should be maintained and punctuality observed at such meetings.
- Parents who do not abide by the rules and regulations of the school will be requested to withdraw their wards.
